Cincinnati Soap Box Derby 2009

We decorated a number of cars for soap box derby racers this year and are honored to have participated in the etching project for the Cincinnati soap box derby's new 4' tall, 25lb. glass trophy created by resident artists at Neusole Glassworks here in Cincinnati.

Did you race or attend the derby? We'd love to hear about it.

We applied vinyl graphics to these soap box wheels that were then used to create individual winner trophies.

Vinyl stencils were used for the trophy etching, showcasing the names of 44 previous derby winners, allowing room for this years and future champs!

THE TROPHY!

Congratulations to Jordan Kelley who finished first place in the Stock division and Sam Newberry placing first in the Super Stock division, earning them both the privilege to compete in the All American Soap Box Derby World Championship in Akron, Ohio on July 25th. Good luck racers!!
